Now, I am officially a Body Combat trainee instructor. After a three days of hard work with the hardcore training. Let's just slightly brief over what has happened over the past few days.

Lucky thing always come first. When I stepped into the gym, went to the lockers room, this locker attract me on my first sight. Lucky number; 100. Which means I'll pass my training with flying colours. Haha..

Day 2; Two presentation done. Just one more day to go, result is just so close to us.

Everyone was like so nervous. And came up with a crazy shot. LOL

I would never say this module was the easy thingy. It is a challenge for me, where I know nothing to what I've passed my BodyCombat over here.

The first thing when I decided to pick up this training course is to know more what I am doing now, but I really have a good friend to support me by telling me, "When the minute you decided to pick up the challenge by attending the module training... Not just to know more, knowing what am I doing by telling people how to do. I really should thank him. He's my sifu; Sam.
