My father passed away this morning at 9am. It was very peaceful, although I don't have a chance to listen to his last words. And he is now watching over me and my family up there.

I will miss him more than I can express over here.

Daddy, I love you. I'm sorry for not being a good daughter.

Now, I am officially a Body Combat trainee instructor. After a three days of hard work with the hardcore training. Let's just slightly brief over what has happened over the past few days.

Lucky thing always come first. When I stepped into the gym, went to the lockers room, this locker attract me on my first sight. Lucky number; 100. Which means I'll pass my training with flying colours. Haha..

Day 2; Two presentation done. Just one more day to go, result is just so close to us.

Everyone was like so nervous. And came up with a crazy shot. LOL

Yeah!!! Everybody has passed with flying colours...

In the middle of the night, he called us out. Thank you Des.

I would never say this module was the easy thingy. It is a challenge for me, where I know nothing to what I've passed my BodyCombat over here.

The first thing when I decided to pick up this training course is to know more what I am doing now, but I really have a good friend to support me by telling me, "When the minute you decided to pick up the challenge by attending the module training... Not just to know more, knowing what am I doing by telling people how to do. I really should thank him. He's my sifu; Sam.

It has been a while I never log in to keep my blog updated. And now I'm back here.

Something new? I've decided to pick up a challenge. "Body Combat Instructor Module Training."

What is Body Combat?

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

A typical class:-

Warm Up

Teaches all of the moves that will be used throughout the class. Warms the body to leave you mentally and physically prepared for the battle ahead.

Combat 1

Visualise your opponent and engage in your first fight combination.

Power 1

Enter an aerobic training zone with a focus on speed, power and endurance.

Combat 2

Fight for your life, with power and energy in every combination.

Power 2

The halfway mark, using punches only to drill the upper body for a second time.

Combat 3

An opportunity to recover as we lower the intensity for the final phase.

Muay Thai

The workout explodes in a Muay Thai encounter where elbows and knees go into overdrive to take your fitness to the next level and leave your opponent for dust!

Power 3

Give everything you have and don't look back until you complete this upper body blast and seal the deal on your fitness objectives.

Conditioning

Take to the floor to complete the workout with strength training.

Cool Down

Payback time, where you stretch out and lengthen all those hard-worked muscles.

Look! This birthday cake was specially made by a good friend of mine. It was delicious but I can't effort to finish the whole cake.

I cant imagine the calories of de whole cake. Woohoo, extremely high! lol

Besides, I got a packet of "Extremely Chocolatey Milk Chocolate Rounds" from Paris for side dish.

Wait, wait. It was not only my side dish, but everyone. Hehe In fact, I don't take a single piece also.

Good morning everyone! It's officially 3am now and am still here. Feels like blogging. So, here I am. 2nd October 2010, I'm here to celebrate my 21st with my family and friends. Well, let me slightly brief over what happened during my celebration just now. lol.

First, this is my invitation card or I should say.... My ticket. lol. Nothing to be redeem, No performance to be present. Hahahaha. This is specially designed. I love it so much. =)

Food wise, I've ordered Fried Vegetables Bee Hoon, Fried Nuggets, Meat Rolls and Mixed Vegetables from a good friend. He's a chef. Err,.. I should not put any comment but not to say not nice.

Okay. These are all home made. Yummy yummy.
Number One; Curry Chicken. It was cooked by my grandmother. Taste good? No comment.
Number Two; Red Eggs. I'm sure everybody knows how to boil a hard-boiled egg, right??. My mum just dyed de eggs in red.
Number Three; Fruits Salad. Freshly made by my sister and myself an hour before de partied starts.
Number Four; Fried Teochew Mee. This is one of my favourite in my life. It was fried by my uncle. He's a very good cook. Don't think men can not cook. lol.
Number Five; Laksa. Hahaha The Laksa soup was taken by aunty from Gurney Drive, one of those hawker stall. (Not really sure which one). And de ingredients for laksa was bought and prepared by my mum. Quite nice lah...
Number Six; Longan Jelly. Cooked by myself. Hahaha I can cook. Not only desserts lah, something special sometimes.

Langkawi Trip; 3 Days, 2 Nights

Whooiii! Here I'm in back to reality.
Here comes some pictures that I've created a slide show box. Too many pictures de. Not really nice to post it out here.
Let me just slightly relate back what I've done or where was the place I have visited for 3 Days and 2 Nights.
Before I start to crap off my story. I would like to take this opportunity to thank a pleasant person that really take good care of us in Langkawi. Not only brought us go round around but accompanied us for 3 Days and 2 Nights. Without him around, I think I'll be the "SPK" in fact. Thousand of thanks or million perhaps.

Day 1 (21st August 2010)
Firstly, Bird Paradise. The 10,000 square-meters park is to home various birds. Langkawi Bird Paradise resides naturally at the foot of the Gunung Raya. Believe me, there are hundreds of the world's rarest and most beautiful birds greeting you. Something like Butterfly farm in Penang but this is much bigger of course. Hahaha. You'll be surprised!
These are birds from all over the world. Besides, there's a place where you could take pictures with the parrots standing on your arms. Cute one!
They have snakes as well. If you guys really have de gutsy, no harm to give it a try. I, myself dare not near the snakes and my legs were shaking at that time. LOL.
Next, pop over to Pantai Cenang. Not swimming, not diving. Walking along the beach side and we had our first night dinner over there. Not really nice but its okay lah. Acceptable.
At night, Kent brought us to Dataran Lang. The Eagle Square in Langkawi. Located near the Kuah Jetty. The main attraction of the Dataran Lang is the magnificent statue of the reddish brown eagle majestically poised for flight. Langkawi derived it's name from the eagle or helang. In old Malay, "Kawi" denotes reddish brown, hence, Langkawi means reddish brown eagle.
Dataran Lang is a beautiful landscaped and the features scenic ponds, bridges, covered terraces, restaurants and barrel vaults made of bricks.
Where can you find Tom Yam in Langkawi?? Wonderland Food Store.
Which located in Kuah Town. The address is Lot 179, 180, 181 Pusat Dagangan Kelana Mas, Jalan Trimula, Kuah, 07000, Langkawi, Kedah.

They have all de nice seafood over there. Don't ever try to look down on them. LOL.

Supper is so so consider as unhealthy de. Back to the hotel after that.

Day 2 (22nd August 2010)

What I can do in day two???

Been to Makam Mahsuri. Makam Mahsuri is undoubtedly a major attraction not to be missed in Langkawi. The mausoleum is built after the death of Mahsuri binti Pandak Mayah.

I felt quite interesting in the story of Mahsuri. Her death was executed by her brother-in-law. She was being sentenced to death without any trial of using a spear. To prove her innocence, it was believed that Mahsuri bled
white blood and she laid a curse on Langkawi, saying that the island will remain barren and unfortunate for the next 7 generations.

Interesting right??

Next, seven wells waterfall. The Telaga Tujuh, precisely called Seven Wells, is a beautifully crafted geological manifestation. Further, this lovely waterfall gets a pictorial charm due to the verdant green surroundings. Indeed seven wells present a brilliant sight which one cannot forget during one's lifetime. Thus, to put in succinct terms, Telaga Tujuh is a wonderful place to visit on your trip to Langkawi. Unfortunately, I dont take any photo in there.

After that, Kent dropped us to the Under Water World.

The Underwater World Langkawi at Pantai Cenang, is one of Pulau Langkawi's major tourist attractions. There are total over 5,000 types exhibited in more than 100 tanks of varying sizes.

I love the penguins and happy feet so much. My god! The anaconda is damn big. If that things stand right in front of me, I bet you. I'll faint immediately. hahahahaha

Though I don't take picture in Seven Wells but there are a few funny pictures where I'd captured in Galeria Perdana. I like those pictures so much. hehe

The Galeria Perdana is a brilliant gallery located at Kilim. Where about 11km from Kuah Town in Langkawi. This gallery extends in 3 double-storey interconnected buildings. There are more than 2500 souvenirs, awards and gifts, which were received by the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, and his wife, Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali, from the world leaders.

And I've learnt a lot from this pleasant person. He even explain everything to us in details. Thank you.

We went to Pantai Cenang at night. I wish to look out for stars when that night I was sitting at the beach side. Unfortunately, during that night it was too cloudy. I get to see nothing.

Day 3 (23rd August 2010)

Time flies! This was the third day I'm in Langkawi and I was about to go back to Penang in the afternoon. Don't really have much time to walk around de. Kent brought us back to his house to met his parents. His parents even treated us lunch. hehe yummy yummy! His mum is a good cook.

Done! Nothing else de. Finish my story telling. LOL =]

I knew him last week or I should say I met him last week, by coincidence. *Time really flies*

He is a nice and friendly guy.

He taught me a lot of things and even explained everything to me in detail, Thank you.

Eventually, He will be experiencing something important in another three day times,

that could be consider a big decision within.

And he doesn't feel scare at all and quite steady in fact.

Proud of him.

So, hereby I'll give my best wishes to him and I'll support his final chosen decision.

It's been a while since I constantly updated this blog. Errmmm.... topic for today will gonna be in Khun Tai Restaurant somewhere around Raja Uda. Hmmm, although it was quite far from my place here but as long as a bunch of friends hanging out together happily, everything will gonna absolute well worth, right??

See?? The place is huge and today is Friday, it was kinda crowded just now. We were there for food but most of them were there to watched football match. Well, this can be consider as a wonderful place to enjoy.

Food wise, I wasn't the one who ordered the foods but its okay. Let me just slightly brief on what we've ordered.

Hmm.. Not planning for any vacation. Peeps, Thanks for de ideas anyway.

So, decided to stay in Penang and being a daddy and mummy's good girl.

Although am on leave today but I got no choice but to fetch my sister to the hospital; fever. Now its her turn. She's resting at home now de.

Then, I went to somewhere else to bought a pair of new sport shoes and a new back pack for myself. So, all I can say is... I'm broke enough. Never mind, as long as I'm happy, Everything will gonna be well worth.

Next, not to be forgotten about my dad. Ever since his legs got infected and currently he's not working.

Well, he's already in his 50's. I think this is the time for him to rest and let me take care of him back. Lighten my mum's burden. At about 2.30pm, I brought him over to Penang General Hospital for his medical check-up. Luckily, everything goes well. Thank God!

Prayers really works.

Body Combat 44 is all about a brand new mix martial arts and its specifically Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

De upper body warmup track, We'll get to start with the Brighter Day.

Next, we'll go with Use Somebody in lower body warmup. Yes, In Body Combat 40, they have used this song for de cool down track. Not the same. Smooth and Sweet.

Fitness is always the battle.

Previously in Body Combat 43, they have a single shoot in track 4 but now......

We have double shoot in fact. Fantastic.

Therefore, Body Combat 44 brings us a tough balance challenge with opera mixed.

This is real tough. We gotta stay focus and well balance for 30 seconds without moving or I shall say without shaking.

Am badly in sick, but the thing is... Because of this sickness, I'm just simply awake to what I'm supposed to be that I've been hiding within myself for such a long period.

I've been trying very very very hard for my improving. Yes.
Within friends, few of them came to me with an answer of "You've changed a lot compare to last time."

Three years back, I'd joined this event for once. But then now, I'm back again.

Relay for Life 2010 is a project organised by the National Cancer Society of Malaysia and the event was held in Taman Perbandaran Pulau Pinang (Youth Park). The organisers of this event aim to inform the public about cancer and raise funds for local cancer services. The relay around a track for 16 hours non-stop symbolises the on-going fight against cancer. In addition, there will be live entertainment, games, clowns, food, lucky draws, exhibitions and health screenings.

I remember that ever seen the last time we had celebrated Nurses' Day was in year 2008.

How about 2009?? It because of de economy crisis during that time, no fun. Forget about it.
But now......
12th May 2010, we, Island Hospital has decided to celebrate Nurses' Day again.
Dress code for tonight was supposedly to be "Smart and Elegant".
Smart and Elegant. What is Smart and Elegant actually??
All I know is...... It is not compulsory to dress as what they wanna be. I should be wearing what my personality should be. I'm not smart and I don't think I'm elegant. Simple.
Nevertheless, I have been working in Island Hospital for three years. Time flies, by just a click of an eyes.
I shouldn't have be complaining so much. I should be feel glad to be what I am now. I'm lucky enough. I have an intelligent doctor supporting me, a helpful senior staff nurse guiding me around and a cute colleague.

It's has been a year and two months, several times of blood test had been done.
BUT... they were repeatedly telling me the same answers.
"You could not be able to donate blood due to your Haemoglobin(hb) is low" OR
"You could not be able to donate blood due to your Blood Pressure(bp) is low"

Fortunately, I'm qualified to donate blood this morning.
Blood Pressure is 125/96; Average. Haemoglobin is 12.6; Average.

Well, let's see whether is there any problem after next??

Many people would always make a very big mistakes between emotional and unhappy.
Being too emotional is a feeling that can make others or peoples around you feels uneasy. Like people in the whole world are your enemy and don't feels like talking around with people or simply angry them but actually it is not because of them. Get it??
I'm a very bad example but after a very well chat with a friend. He gave me a very good advised. I promise, I'll try to improve myself as much as possible. Not because of to please you but to be more responsible towards myself to others. I promise to do the very best as I could.
Whereas, unhappy means.... simple, I'm sad. That's all.
And sad doesn't mean that I doesn't want to talk to people. As if I'm sad, *you guys could try to imagine, Would I still have the mood to joke around with people??*. Not because I'm cool or proud. I rather to stay quiet alone. Please get to know me well.
Sometimes I feels like crying. Friends, don't think wrongly. Cry doesn't mean I'm weak. Somehow, crying is one of the best way to relieve myself. Believe me, it works.
As I think if a person is sad or being emotional, we should actually find our own suitable ways to relieve ourselves. [Adviser, I really get what you meant. Thanks =) ]
I fully understand that in this world there is non of them which is 100% perfect. In fact, some of them does not appreciate life at all.
Example; Newspaper?? Whenever you flip the newspaper, you'll notice how many people commit suicide just because of unhappy, love, too emotional or etc.. Dying is NOT the best way to settle everything. Even though if you're dead, the problems still remains. Don't simply play on with your life.

Thirdly, Body Combat 43 is a lot more upbeat and has more Top-40 to get us through the workout. Perhaps, we also have as heaps of fun with exciting sequences and a brand new move. Mixed Martial Arts endurance workout are great. A new and modern Martial Arts to be welcomed too.
You guys wouldn't be expected a "shoot" in BodyCombat 43. Not a simply gun shoot. New skills with the Shoot to take the fight from standing to the ground, its help us to push over our opponent while giving us a burning leg workout at the same time.

Overall, track 6 is the only track that I love the most. Well inspired. It’s gonna hurt with de continuous back kick. And some kind of drama-ing also.

Next would be the Tripod Push Ups, a great one. You'll feels like superman style.

No recovery track in BodyCombat 43, cause de only purpose is... Wants us to get even fitter.

Wanna have a phenomenal body shape?? So, get ready to accept de challenges and stay with the fight.

Time flies! Just a click of an eyes, here comes another new set of new releases of Les Mills programme out here for public.

Four new releases had been launched here in Fitness First today.

It was so successful, or I would rather to say its all the time being so successful.

First of all, we comes to Body Pump 73.

Its all about challenging, bordering on punishing, but it will leave us with a great sense of achievement. Officially, this release holds a real contrast of genres that will get us through the intensity of the workout. Besides, we will feel much stronger and confident as the chart-topping music pushes us to new limits. Most importantly, Body Pump 73 will also motivate us to keep going all the way to the end. Oh my god! When can my PC back in action??? For so many days, I couldn't online cause my PC is out of function. As for now, I need to use my doctor's computer whenever he's not around just to check my mails and of course get my blog updated when I'm free. I supposed to be very excited today. Finally, my new phone is here with you.
Unfortunately, this morning my doctor told us that we'll have a quick urgent meeting in de afternoon. Sounds so scary right??
Errmm.. How should I say?? Okay, let's put it this way.
There's an Indonesian agent make a complain to de CEO, says that, we, nurses could have just turn away patients by not letting patients to register. I wonder, we, nurses could have de power to turn away all patients without de order of a consultant?? Ridiculous.
Luckily, I'm faithful that I have a doctor who's always believe on we, nurses instead. This quick urgent meeting was just a simple noticed. Although it was a very quick meeting but then the main point was so heartless and disappointed. I mean de management, not my doctor.
Its kinda upset knowing all those 'yiakss' news, my tears, one drop by one drop kept rolling down from my eyes. I thought he did not noticed me crying but... he does!
To avoid him seeing me crying, I went up to de ward and get all my physiotherapy done.
After a while, he tried to console me with his funny reaction, his OT cap. He asked me "You should be okay de la hoh, Don't worry! Everything is gonna be fine."
Luckily, I've never met a doctor as nice as him. I'm faithful to be attached in his clinic.

Thank you Mr Oh for your supportive and Sorry for giving you so much trouble.

Friends is more of a feeling you have for someone and not well explained or defined in just a few words.
Friend means they are there for you when you need it and they know you'll be there for them when they need it.
A friend is someone who likes you for who you are and helps you when you're sad or in a crisis. Besides, he/she doesn't treat you wrong but with respect and you gotta respect them too. Please don't get embarrassed with him/her around and you are always honest with each other.
Its also someone who will try to stay in touch with you over many years.

What's real friend?
Real friends are the ones who stay by your side and console you through everything. They are the people you least expect to care but most rely on everyday.

Sciatica / Disc Prolapse

Sciatica is generally caused by the compression of a lumbar spine nerve root. It is considered a lumbar radiculopathy from a spinal disc herniation or degenerated discs. The rate that discs age is variable and is often dependent upon inherited factors, previous injury, labouring or heavy occupations and smoking.
Symptoms often follow trauma or an injury to the disc produced by a sudden spinal strain, such as lifting heavy weights. There is acute low back pain, and in the event of nerve root compression, radiating pain, paresthesias and motor weakness. Leg pain is usually worse and in dermatomal fashion. Back pain is thought to be secondary to activation of the sinu-vertebral nerves to the annulus, which share a central pathway with the nerve roots. Another sourse of sciatic symptoms is active trigger points of the lower back and the gluteus muscles. In this case, the referred pain is not consequent to compression of the sciatic nerve, though the pain distribution down the buttocks and leg is similar. Trigger points occur when muscles become ischaemic due to injury or chronic muscular contraction. Other compressive spinal causes include Spinal Canal Stenosis, a condition wherein the spinal canal narrows and compresses the spinal cord. This narrowing can be caused by bone spurs, vertebral dislocation or herniated disc which decreases available space for the spinal cord, thus pinching nerves in the spinal cord that travel to the sciatic nerve and irritating them with friction.
Treatment wise, Physical therapy or exercise, massage therapy, anti-inflammatory medications and alternative medicine treatment. Sufferers from prolapsed intervertebral discs should be given adequate pain relief to allow them to mobilise and anti-inflammatories to reduce the inflammation around the nerve roots. Those people with continuing symptoms at about the six week stage could possibly be offered investigation using an MRI scan to confirm the diagnosis followed by a form of injection such as a caudal epidural.

Happiness is as desire for it is universal. Desire to be happy is a universal part of human nature. Happiness involves making loving choices, one day, one moment at a time and our entire life gets filled with sheer joy; which means different people and yet we are all looking for it all the time. Happiness is deep inside us. Beauty in any form brings happiness to our heart.
I wonder how a smile comes to our lips; when we see a gurgling baby or little pups playing around, when you listen to birds chirping or butterflies dancing. All I want is very simple; I want all my friends around me to be happy all the time no matter what emotional / situation I am in fact, though if I'm not happy.

Where did this happiness come from??
Did you pay for it; Did you invite it; Did you invent it?

So?? Stay in touch with this inner joy if you believe that you are an expression of God and so is everyone around you. God is experiencing himself through all of this creation.
When you know what happiness means to you, you can then proceed towards it by beginning to remove the obstacles whether you feel that you are relatively happy with yourself and your life but simply need to be sure that you are on the right track. Happiness does not need to be far-off goal that you may or may not reach someday. The existence or absence of happiness is primarily determined by what they have, what they do or what they accomplish.

We'll also get the chance to strike some fabulous poses and funky dance with some of de tracks. In a condition, work in our endurance.
What we gotta do??
Stay low and check out on our posture, that's all!
Besides, Body Step 78 also builds up the intensity with strong over the tops. Eventually, It will bring our heart rate climb high with the power knee lifts and also look out for de new move of the Quarter-Turn curl combo.

Let's reach our second cardio peak in those athletic tracks. Come on, let's go!

Everybody seems to be so enjoyed to dance with de funky movements. De class was so crowded and fun. Thanks to de awesome instructors. With their best guidance that could only brings up a highness class.

Its a Muay Thai-inspired Body Combat transports the class to Bangkok. This new release will take us on a Martial Arts journey, from Karate and Tae kwon do to the boxing ring.
We'll get to fight our way through and hope we'll have got enough left in the tank for the epic Muay Thai onslaught on de particular track.
Besides, this time would be a little bit much different.
Added new instructors on stage. Err, not really new actually, new to de combat programme.
Welcome de Mr Combater, Big Guy - Yeoh.
The class was going crazy after a while, everyone were so excited. Especially the Muay Thai track.

My ever first time entered to the launch of Body Pump. It's kinda tough but I believe I can do it. Never give up!
What's next?? Body Combat 42 and Body Jam51. Combination of this two classes together in a day, it's gonna be a very awesome day. I love it!

As usual, FS wont be launching any Attack from now on... FF would be my only choice right infront of my eyes. It has been almost 4 months, I don't get to do Attack at once, I wonder I still capable to do any.

It's about having fun and finishing the class together as a team with Body Attack 67 and lots of options available to suit our intensity level. The release is charged to the limit with high-energy, strong aerobic moves and sports-inspired flavors for us to enjoy and lots of fun!
Besides, I've already tried out for de new release of Body Combat 42 before FS to be launch.
I wonder why this time FF was the first club to launched cause usually FS would be the first??
Nah, not a problems at all. As long as everybody gets to know about de new releases is more than enough.
Well let's see, move on the schedule, FS will be launching Body Pump tomorrow at 7.15pm.

Damn! Recently there are a few things seems to be bothering me right now.
Combination of all together; Family, works and personally wise.
But comes to my working time, I shouldn't be affected. I'm fine with it. Try not to think so much.
My parents just can't understand me somehow,
Dad's condition has been gone through from bad to good and now its good to bad. Damn!
I've been working freaking hard for de results but now everything turns useless.
Why?? With doctor's advice; He's supposed to lose weight and get a long rest cause of his leg has been swollen for quite sometimes.
Gosh! My mum seems to be not very co-operate with me, regardless of saying my dad.
In a way, I feels like going somewhere else just to get me a breathe.
As de eldest daughter of this family, What should I do?? I need a shoulder.

I rarely able to go for gym at 1.30pm. Why?? I always couldn't finish my clinic on time. Might be partly because today is de second day of the year, less of patients. Been to gym just now, Body Step by Alan and Body Combat by Ooi and Yeoh. Supported Alan and de new Mr Combater.
Who's Mr Combater?? Big Guy, Yeoh!
Kinda moody now, I wouldn't know why! I guess I'm alone now in my room could be able to let me think for de better ways of all. I should be fine by tomorrow.

Bad news??
My consultant's wife had just found out she has a thyroidectomy disease few days ago.

What's thyroidectomy?
Thyroidectomy is the surgical removal of the thyroid gland, performed a colloid goiter, tumors or hyperthyroidism that does not respond to iodine therapy or anti-thyroid drugs. The more commonly is to go for an operation.

She had undergone for a major surgery this morning. Luckily, everything goes well. Though she couldn't talk right now, but I think she should be fine by tomorrow. I'll pray hard on her, Get well soon! Blessed her!

Happy New Year everyone.
Time really flies. By just a blink of an eyes, and now its already a new year begin!
Goodbye 2009 and Welcome to a new year of 2010.
2009 wasn't that bad at all. Relate back, Number One; I'd passed my ISO clinical procedures after all my working efforts for two years. Number Two; I've got a new car for myself in middle of August, where some body's birthday was falls on that day, kinda easy to remember. Number Three; I've been attended for my Orthopaedic Clinical Conference meeting in Pattaya for almost a week, kinda challenging actually. Number Four; I had a wonderful pleasant birthday party that I ever had before for the past 19 years. I'm faithful!

What am I going to achieve / hope / wish to do in year 2010??

Number One; To achieve much more higher in my career.
Number Two; To increase more on my stamina.
Number Three; To make my friends around me to be happy at all time.
Number Four; To love my family and dogs as much as possible.
Number Five; Hope to be a lovely nurse with at least being appreciate by people.
Number Six: Hope for a better allowance.
Number Seven; Hope for higher post.
Number Eight; Hope for my next conference meeting would be held in overseas.
Number Nine; Hope for a better tomorrow
Number Ten; Wish for my dream comes true. (God and I knows)

I have confidence to be an eligible people. Besides, I believe God has a gift for everyone of you at least. No doubt in year 2010, To be fair. A KEY for every problem; a LIGHT for every shadow; a PLAN for every tomorrow and a JOY for every sorrow. I'm thankful.

Accident really can happens. De table lamp that placed on my computer desk fell down and broke into pieces. When I was clearing up that broken glasses, de tube of light accidentally cut my hand. Not my hand actually, its on my wrist. The pain was like heck. Luckily, de cut not really that deep. New Year present, I guess.
Funny thing was my friend thought I commit suicide and cut my wrist. Gosh! If you guys would think as what she thought, You are so wrong! Please get to know me well. I'm not that kind of person.
